Pieces like these are often mistaken for Appenzell, but actually come from Italy. This hand embroidered runner features a dashing young male escorting a pretty young female. Tons of stiletto work and a buttonhole edge all around make it spectacular. It measures 50.5” x 17” and is in mint condition.
