I stood all day at an antique auction (and burned my face miserably) just to buy this pretty little set. What intrigued me was the delicacy of the fine stitches. Made from a tiny cotton thread, it is hand crocheted in what is either the pinecone or strawberry pattern. Small in size with the head piece measuring 19” x 11” and each arm piece measuring 11.25” x 11”, making it perfect for a lady’s chair. Bright white and as nice as the day it was made.
