This darling pair of baby booties was hand crocheted using a technique called bullion stitches. I asked my mother (who used to be an avid crocheter) if making a bullion stitch was difficult. Her answer was No
but making the next one look like the one you just made is. These came from the estate of an Amish lady. They are made with a pearlized cotton thread and measure 3.25 from heel to toe. I put in a pink ribbon but you can easily replace it with any color you wish. In all honesty, these make me giggle because they remind me of little tiny sheep. In excellent condition and just waiting for the right baby to come along and display them to the world!
