One of the prettiest Pin Cushions I’ve ever seen (and I’ve run across plenty)! Made it 2 parts, with the cushion itself covered in Burgundy Velvet and then over that an ecru hand crocheted lace in an Irish clover pattern. I’ve done a little bit of work on this one. The cushion was not original and was covered with cheap, (and quite ghastly) brown satin. In addition, the crocheted lace was in need of a good soaking. Both quite easy fixes with stunning results, if I might say so myself! Just the cushion measures 6.5”. As a whole it measures 10”. As to the age, I haven’t an inkling but later most likely than 1920. In absolutely perfect condition. Stick and old pin in it (or two) and display it in a prominent place. It will absolutely dazzle you guests!
