This Schiffli Lace collar was most likely made around the area of Plauen, Germany during the 20's. It is 5" wide and measures 16.75" around the neck. I doubt if it was ever worn. Restored back to bright white and in perfect condition. It is dainty and yet bold and funky at the same time. Oh the fun you can have wearing this one!!
