A darling little piece hand crocheted in an OLD filet pattern of dowgoods - popular around the turn of the century. This one is tiny (measuring 13" around the face and 8" around the neck) and was probably made for a newborn. It is bright white and without stains or flaws and is as strong as the day it was made. Perfect for gift giving but could easily become a treasure passed down from one generation to the next.
Hand laundered, air dried and pressed. Ribbons are new. Excellent condition c. 1890-1910
