In his books, Joseph C. Lincoln often mentions "tidies placed neatly on the back of each chair". These are precisely what he was referring to. These darling antique chair backs (2 available) featuring kittens tumbling out of a basket. They measure 16" x 11.75" and probably hail from England. Both are bright white and in perfect condition. These could have either been part of a set or made for armless chairs. I often see them used as doilies as well. Each sold seperately
Hand laundered, air dried and pressed. Excellent condition.
