The “crème de la crème” in petticoats! Made from a medium/heavy weight cotton, the hemline is adorned with FOURTEEN inches of pleats and completely hand done Ayrshire Whitework lace! It measures 25” at the waist, is 40” in length and has a whopping 96” circumference around the skirt! Although nearly perfect, its few flaws consist of a small hole near the back opening and a tiny repair on the lace close to the seam. It also has 2 rust “freckles” which I didn’t catch or they wouldn’t be there. It is otherwise bright white, strong and in fabulous condition.
