One of two beautiful linen towels with stilleto work which I acquired from an estate a few blocks from my home. The pattern was made by seperating the threads with a stilleto or an awl and then hand embroidering around it to keep it there. The edges are finished with yet more stilleto work. It measures 19.25" x 15" and is in immaculate condition. A beautiful, beautiful piece to display when entertaining.
