This pretty lace handkerchief comes from Belgium and is done in a technique called princess lace. Princess lace is a tape lace which differs from other types in that the tape is scalloped. There is an embroidery on net chemical lace inset which finishes it perfectly. Although these are quite common, this one is above average as the lace goes all around the crisp linen center instead of just one in corner.
