This towel came from an estate where the maker was obviously an incredibly talented embroideress. Made of an extremely absorbent, finely wovenhuck linen, the embroidery work covers nearly the entire width of the show side and is fashioned in a showy floral pattern. All the drawn work detailing was done by hand as well. It measures 43" x 24.5" and, other that a couple of small slubs, is in perfect condition. Extremely rare!
