Made of a fine linen batiste, this darling child’s pillow cover is enhanced with neatly executed drawnwork and embroidered tiny pink roses. The frilly ruffle is edged with a French Valenciennes lace featuring tiny clovers. Pillow covers such as these were often used in the baby carriage when the proud parents strolled about town and show off the new little one. Measures 19” x 15” (including the 1.5” ruffle). Will fit a 12” x 16” pillow. Great for display in the baby’s room or the boudoir… or anywhere you can see it often!
