Extraordinary hand embroidered linen runner with incredible taupe thread on creamy white linen. Very detailed Reticella Needle Lace fills the cutwork. This is a fine example of "encrusted embroidery" - where it nearly covers the piece. One can’t help but stare at it in amazement. It measures 41” x 16” and is in mint condition but for 2 small very pale marks (impossible to film) which are insignificant. Exceptionally high quality.
