This pretty collar is made from Plauen (the technique was invented in Plauen, Germany) or chemical lace. It has a snap to close in the back. It measures 25” around the neck and is a little over 2” in the center front. The “wings” at each side have a 3.5” flair. It is in perfect condition. Selling “as found” It is a creamy white cotton which will probably launder to white. |
